New York, NY (August 30, 2018) - Marcus Samuelsson and Andrew Chapman, co-founders of Red Rooster Harlem, are pleased to announce a new management team for the restaurant.

With the opening of the Red Rooster location in London’s Shoreditch in 2017 and other locations due to open soon, the Marcus Samuelsson Group will focus on the Red Rooster brand’s expansion. Marcus himself will be a frequent presence at the Harlem restaurant and will continue to oversee its culinary direction and programming. The day-to-day operations of the restaurant  will be directed by RR Harlem Associates, led by Tom Yagoda, former Director of Operations for Gato and Bar Americain and Wayne Rambharose of Los Angeles’ famed Chateau Marmont.

This will be a seamless change for Rooster’s loyal employees and guests and will ensure a continuation of the wonderful experience at Red Rooster Harlem.
