Morgan Cady-Lee, Project Manager
Morgan Cady-Lee was born and raised in New York City’s Chinatown, where growing up around a wide range of Asian foods and spices inspired her to work in the food industry. After successfully opening one of the neighborhood’s first pop-up chocolate shops, which curated locally-made and handcrafted chocolates from all around the city, she went on to manage two Japanese lower east side restaurants. She started her journey at Marcus Samuelsson Group to explore all the restaurant development world has to offer, continuing to expand on projects and create agile, organized workflows. Her background in visual art and social documentary continue to influence her creative approach to project management and interdepartmental communication.
After graduating from the Maryland Institute College of Art, with a BFA in Photography and Film, she worked in both the restaurant and the commercial photography industries before finding a marriage between the two worlds in the creative force at the Marcus Samuelsson Group.
